Voting Matters
Your vote is going to make a huge difference. Municipal elections have the most direct impact on people's everyday lives. Do you want your community to follow a path that values taking care of each other? Or do you want communities that favour American-style cuts, privatization and austerity?
The Nanaimo Duncan & District Labour Council (NDDLC) invited candidates in the central island region to seek its endorsement. Applicants followed an endorsement process, and the NNDLC is proud to have found candidates that support the values of the labour movement.
